StaceyPowers
I tend to game a lot more on my PS3 than my computer since the setup and controller seem much more ergonomic to me for the console and I have pain issues. Not sure who among you are PC gamers, but does anyone have advice, particularly for more ergonomic mouse use? Using the mouse hurts my shoulder/neck. @DylanC @Alyxx Tagging both of you as I am pretty sure you both game on computers regularly.
The Blackangel
Do you have a typical mouse, or do you use a stationary mouse? Also I have FF8 on my PC and I just plugged a PS4 controller into it. Run it through a USB port and you’re good to go.

Yep using controller for your pc is a good idea, but it might not work for some games that do require mouse or keyboard support. There are some different types of mouse that have a design to prevent wrist pain.
skyfire
I think if you do more of mobile gaming, it's often better to put the hands in warm water before going to sleep and also in the morning. It helps the fingers a lot.
