I decided to pick one from each of the prequels, originals, sequels and spin offs.  So:

Revenge of The Sith

The Empire Strikes Back

The Force Awakens

Rouge One: A Star Wars Story

setting aside the awful acting of hayden christensen my favorite pick is Revenge of the Sith

I guess I preferred the anime movie to the original, I kind of like the story.

*I haven't seen these two but I assume they can't be worse than the last jedi, which basically killed star wars for me.

Got to be The Empire Strikes Back, with The Return Of the Jedi a close second. Personally, I loved The Last Jedi. Pretty controversial take, I know. But it really is an excellent film. For me, it makes Luke Skywalker an even more interesting character than he ever was. But each their own, I guess.
