Asia would be pretty cool, as I always have to play this in the western world 😛 but so much could be done near or by the sea. It could change the game a little. BioShock comes to mind here. They could have vaults/bases actually under the sea, this would be really cool! It would be so easy to implement new ideas and weapons.
