Of course yes, they are simply there to actually take instructions from their bosses on what they need to produce in the game that the company sanctioned for its production.

They are working by instructions, and not by their own hands or decision making. So, the whole issues centres to the executives that offered the game to third parties.

The video game companies are the ones who are making the unfavourable decision, which is affecting gamers experience, making us have mixed feelings.

Exactly, it's more like doing what your boss ask you to do. You don't really have any choice but do exactly what you are being told.

Seriously, what matters most to them isn't our satisfaction but what gets into their pockets. It's been that way for years now.

You're very correct. An employee can't be disappointing to his or her boss, if not, matching orders will be served to him or her since he or she couldn't keep to the instructions. That's simply the case with video game.

That's why most of the time, these developers don't really have a choice in what they are producing because it's what they are asked to make that they do.

They are there to answer to their superiors, and they can't do what they aren't mandated to do.

That has actually led to what we are still suffering from today in the hands of these game's companies because they don't really care much about us.

That's exactly what they are in for. When the money isn't coming as much as they expected. They simply introduce in-game purchases and upgrade and makes you a must. Which is very much of greediness.

It's the microtransactions and loot boxes that mints the money for them and they do make enough money from it.

It's definitely why they are never letting it go in their games no matter the amount of agitation gamers makes over it.

And still milk from the purchases of the digital and physical copies of their respective video games. They have different avenues to earn money for themselves.

They are not even anywhere near being satisfied with just having the games being purchased. It's why the use of microtransactions is a constant.

The truth of the matter is that the money that they are making from their usage of microtransactions is far much bigger than what they make from selling the games.
