I guess, depending on the load of certain games, the fan will spin depending on that data instead. It's a pretty interesting idea, and could help protect the console even more in the long run. Syntax Posted December 27, 2020 Share Posted December 27, 2020 I think it's still hard to tell which games will really use the GPU/CPU and make it warmer than normal - so once they have that baseline, I could see them changing the fan speeds for specific games to keep them from fully revving up and instead have them higher than normal throughout the full game.
