Kane99 Posted October 23, 2020 Share Posted October 23, 2020 This is an issue my mom has been having with facebook for the past week now. She loves her 8 Ball Pool, but for some reason whenever she tries to get on to it, it tells her she has her permissions set off or to no. Ok, so I check the app settings, go into the game settings, and everything is set to on as intended. So, not sure what the issue is. I tried clearing cache, turning the phone off and back on, and even tried to force stop the app and nothing has worked. You can't even uninstall Facebook or the messenger app anymore. I sent an email to Facebook about it, but I suspect they won't even respond anytime soon. Do you guys know any tips on how to sort this out?
