NBA 2k21 Scams its players after not having rare item in loot boxes for 23 minutes after release

2k Games again?! I'm not even surprised by this at all - trust me. As I have said in numerous other threads, we need countries to start taking action against these other greedy publishers. What are your thoughts on this?

Hands down it's a scam. That's 23 minutes of people spending their money in the hopes of getting one player, who wasn't even possible to get for the first 23 minutes. These companies are super greedy and are hoping people will spend a ton on these loot boxes. I can't wait until the US calls this what it is, which is gambling, and fines these companies for pushing it on kids and teens.

Exactly mate. They should be criminally charged for fraudulent transactions like any other entity that makes false promises. They should be given the harshest punishment as well so that it serves as a deterrent to any other gaming company that is thinking of trying the same thing.
