killamch89 Posted December 5, 2020 Share Posted December 5, 2020 Today I was re-playing the College Of Winterhold questline when the dragonborn first encounters the Eye Of Magnus, it hit me right then and there. The first thought that came to my mind is that I've seen it in hundreds of playthroughs but what exactly does it do. First off, we know that it makes the controller invincible once the eye opens as in the case of Ancano, he becomes invincible but from the dialogue during the final battle, it grants him near infinite magicka. Secondly, the rest of the College started calling it that the "Eye Of Magnus" when Aren started calling it that and even he was uncertain if that was the original name of the item. I'd like to hear your thoughts on what you think the "Eye Of Magnus" is and where exactly did it originate from? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
