In some GTA's, collecting those gives you some more features and facilities such as spawned weapons near the safehouse etc.. which means they have to be done before completing the main missions, but people find out about them too late xd Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And I know that you can use mods to achive it. I'm absolutely convinced that The Witcher 3 would be on the list even before watching the video. That's a game that I don't rush to get back into in a haste.
