We have some awesome free games to play right now through PS Plus. But let’s take a break from playing Titanfall 2 and Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame. Let’s talk about predictions for free PlayStation Plus January 2020 games.
1. The Sinking City
One of the game releases which is slated for next month is Moons of Madness. This Lovecraft-inspired game will release on both PS4 and Xbox One on January 21st. So, maybe we’ll see a Lovecraft-themed game for free in January? Our pick is The Sinking City, which released in June 2019.
2. Final Fantasy XV
Coming out on January 23rd on PS4 and Switch is the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition. Maybe another Final Fantasy game will be free next month. 2016’s Final Fantasy XV was never free through PlayStation Plus, so that would be our vote. But anything else Final Fantasy related would be awesome too.
3. Pillars of Eternity
Another exciting upcoming release for January 28, 2020 is Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. This game will come out on PS4 and Xbox One. To get gamers ready for the next instalment, it makes sense to make the original Pillars of Eternity free for PS Plus subscribers. Plus, that game was just added to Xbox Game Pass, and this would allow PS Plus to stay competitive with that service.
4. Zombie Army Trilogy
Due to release on February 4th is Zombie Army 4: Dead War, which will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC. So that gamers can catch up on the series, we hope that PlayStation Plus will consider making the Zombie Army Trilogy free during January.
You now have our predictions for how Sony will kickstart the New Year for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Will any of our predictions for PlayStation Plus January 2020 games come true? We’ll let you know when Sony makes its announcement in our PlayStation news section.
