During February 2020, we are enjoying playing TT Isle of Man, Call of Cthulhu, Fable Heroes and Star Wars: Battlefront with our Xbox Games with Gold memberships. One of those games, Call of Cthulhu, will be available through March 15th. But what will the free games be next month? Let’s go over some Xbox Games with Gold March predictions.
1. Ori and the Blind Forest
One exciting upcoming release for March 11th on Xbox One and PC is Ori and the Will of the Wisps. This game is of course a follow-up to the 2015 title Ori and the Blind Forest. Ori and the Blind Forest has not yet been free to Games with Gold subscribers, so what better time to make it so?
2. Doom II: Hell on Earth
Arguably the biggest release slated for March is Doom Eternal, which will come out on March 20th on Xbox One PS4, and PC. That same day, Doom 64 will release on those same platforms as well as on Switch. So how about we make Doom II: Hell on Earth free through Games with Gold in March? Doom Eternal is inspired by it, so it would be a great chance for gamers to relive the classic days of the franchise.
3. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
The game Bleeding Edge will come out on March 24th for Xbox One and PC. Maybe another game from the same developer, Ninja Theory, will be free in March. One pick would be the action-adventure fantasy title Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. This game came out in 2017 on PS4 and Windows, releasing on Xbox One in 2018 and Switch just last year. The game won numerous awards, and has not been free yet through Games with Gold.
4. Enslaved: Odyssey to the West
Another idea would be to include an older Ninja Theory game in next month’s free games selection. A possibility would be the post-apocalyptic game Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, which released in 2010 on Xbox 360 and PS3.
