1. Onrush
We’ve got Need for Speed: Heat due to release on November 8th on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. So why not feature another racing game for free next month through Games with Gold? Our pick is Onrush, an arcade-style vehicular combat game which combines fighting with racing. It came out last June, and was nominated for a number of awards. It’s time that Xbox Games with Gold subscribers got a chance to enjoy it.
2. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
A big release coming up on November 15th for Star Wars fans on Xbox One, PS4 and PC is Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. It would be a superb time to feature another Star Wars game for free through Xbox Games with Gold. Our pick is Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, which was last featured through the service in February 2017. This bestselling title quickly became an award-winning classic, particularly praised for the quality of its writing. Enough time has passed that it would be great to feature it again.
3. Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Remastered
Asterix & Obelix XXL 3: The Crystal Menhir will release on November 21st on PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC. While Microsoft does not have a history of featuring Asterix games, there is a first time for everything. Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Remastered released for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Switch, so we think that would be the perfect choice. Gamers should get the chance to catch up on the series before playing Asterix & Obelix XXL 3: The Crystal Menhir.
4. Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution
Civilization 6 is coming out on November 22nd on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In anticipation of this upcoming game, perhaps Microsoft will make Civilization Revolution available to play for free through Games with Gold in November. It would not be the first time the game was free through the service. It also was made free back in 2014. This would be an excellent way to build further anticipation for the next instalment in the series.
