Gamers Can Test World of Warcraft Shadowlands Covenants Out

Excited for the full release of the World of Warcraft Shadowlands expansion? Right now, you can jump in on the beta to check out some of the new areas, abilities and features. In fact, you will be excited to learn that you can test World of Warcraft Shadowlands Covenants out individually before you commit to one. That way, you can make sure you are making the right decision.

Test World of Warcraft Shadowlands Covenants Before Committing

For those not in the know, Shadowlands has an afterlife theme, and features four different Covenants: the Necrolords, the Venthyr, the Kyrian and the Night Fae. You may join only one of these Covenants. Each one brings unique campaigns, abilities and benefits to enjoy.

While you may be anxious to start exploring Shadowlands, you might also be concerned about how to choose your Convenant. What if you think one sounds really cool, but you join it and you discover it isn’t what you hoped it would be? Well, Blizzard has found a way to prevent that from happening, and that is to let you test World of Warcraft Shadowlands Covenants one by one.

How does it work? As you start playing through Shadowlands, you will move from zone to zone in a specific order. First, you will be among the Kyrians in Bastion. Next, you will be with the Necrolords in Maldraxxus. Third, you will visit the Night Fae in Ardenweald. Finally, you’ll be among the Venthyr in Revendreth.

While visiting these zones and leveling up, you will be able to get a preview of the story associated with each faction and even try out some of their abilities. That way, you are not taking a total shot in the dark when you choose your Covenant. You can base your decision off of the experiences you had with each and the abilities, story, and location which speak to you the most.

More About Shadowlands

The official description for Shadowlands reads, “Hidden realms of wonder and horror await any who would pass to the other side. The Shadowlands is home to an entire realm of the departed; it is a world between worlds whose delicate balance preserves life and death itself. As one of Azeroth’s greatest champions, you have been granted the power to cross over in body and soul. Now you must investigate a conspiracy to unmake the cosmos, and help Warcraft legends journey back… or fulfill their ultimate destiny.”

Of course, while looking forward to new expansions is fun, sometimes you want to remember what WoW was like before all those expansions. So, you may want to take a break from the Shadowlands beta to enjoy some World of Warcraft Classic. And you can get the most out of that experience by purchasing Classic WoW gold.
