In addition to the multiple missions in the story and a multiplayer mode, there is a Hitman 2 Expansion Pass. This season pass lets you extend the already decent length of the main singleplayer campaign. This makes sure that you have a ton of content to do in addition to the base game. This is great, especially since the game isn’t structured the same as the first season.
The Hitman 2 Expansion Pass allows you to ensure you’ll be playing all of the available content for the game now and in the future. Of course, this does require shelling out some extra dough in order to receive it. We are going to go over the pricing of the pass, what you get with it, and when the content releases in this guide.
Hitman 2 Expansion Pass Explained
Right now, you can purchase the Expansion Pass. It is available on all three platforms for $39.99. This is in addition to the $59.99 (or more) that you have to pay for the base game and its contents. Of course, that is a pretty steep but typical price for a season pass like this one. The pass adds a good bit of major new content for interested players.
The new content that comes with theĀ Hitman 2 Expansion Pass includes new missions, areas to visit, sniper maps, challenges, weapons, and outfits to equip. To be exact, there are a total of two expansion packs that are included with the pass. Each of these includes the aforementioned extra content with the packs.
Unfortunately, we have no release date just yet for the Hitman 2 Expansion Pass. Oddly enough, the description for the pass isn’t even totally clear that you won’t be receiving any new content at launch either so beware of that. Be sure to check back here for any news regarding the pass’ contents in the future.
