Hitman 2: How to Complete the We Meat Again Santa Fortuna Challenge

Some challenges in Hitman 2 task the player with killing a non-target NPC, usually in a creative way. Santa Fortuna’s ‘We Meat Again’ feat is just such a challenge. The challenge involves knocking out a meat handler NPC and then feeding him to piranhas (rough way to go). This guide will show you exactly how you can complete the challenge and unlock its unique melee weapon.

We Meat Again Setup

The challenge isn’t complicated and doesn’t take long to complete so your default loadout should be fine. You can also start from the default Bus Stop starting location.

Also, if you’re worried about the negative impact to your final score for killing a non-target NPC, don’t fret. Once the challenge is completed, simply restart the mission. You’ll still get credit for completing the challenge, but you won’t get XP/unlock credit until you actually finish the mission.

We Meat Again Walkthrough

From wherever you start the mission, you’ll want to head over to the level’s northeastern pier, near the construction site. The northeastern pier has an upper and lower level, so head up the stairs to the upper level. Right on the edge of the northern waterfront you should spot the meat handler near a small shack.

You'll have to feed this unfortunate Hitman 2 NPC to the fishes.

Now, to fulfill the challenge’s criteria, you have to knock the meat handler out with the Meaty Bone melee weapon. You can find a Meaty Bone right inside the meat handler’s shack. With the Meaty Bone in hand, approach the meat handler from behind and knock him out. Once he’s out cold, drag his body over to the railing and dump him into the river. The piranhas will feast and you’ll unlock the We Meat Again challenge.

In addition to Santa Fortuna mastery XP and profile XP, completing the We Meat Again challenge grants something extra. You’ll also unlock the Meaty Bone as a permanent melee weapon which you can take into other missions. It’s not the most discreet of implements, but it still gets the job done.
