Activision recently launched “Once Upon a Time in Rust,” the 6th Season for Call of Duty: Mobile. While the new season brings a range of new content to the mobile title, it’s also bringing something new over to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. Specifically, this new addition is an in-game watch which players can now acquire.
The Call of Duty: Mobile Themed Modern Warfare Watch
If you want to get your hands on the free new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare watch themed around “Once Upon a Time in Rust,” you’ll need to complete a few basic steps. Firstly, you need to have a Call of Duty: Mobile account (if you don’t already, remember that the game is free-to-play), and you’ll need to link this account to the Call of Duty account which you use for Modern Warfare and/or Warzone. If you’re a Modern Warfare player, you probably already have a Call of Duty account set up.
Once your two accounts are linked up, you’ll be able to receive rewards from Mobile in your other games. Log into Call of Duty: Mobile with the same account you use for Modern Warfare/Warzone at this point and you should then receive the new watch. Note that it won’t show up straight away, however. It may take up to 72 hours for the watch to appear in the Watch Select menu. Note that if you haven’t linked your accounts before, you’ll actually also unlock the Outrider – Arctic Soldier for Call of Duty: Mobile. (Again, the 72 hour delay may apply here.)
Once Upon a Time in Rust is currently live in Call of Duty: Mobile. As the name implies, the season has a strong Western theme, and also adds the classic Rust map to the game. (A map which also came to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare a few months ago.)
