How to Get Lamar Jackson or CJ Mosley Madden 20 Team of the Week 1 Hero
EA unveiled their new Madden 20 Team of the Week player items on September 9 which included several cards rated 90 or higher. Among them are the Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson and the New York Jets’ CJ Mosley. Each of these players has Team of the Week 1 Hero items based on their performances in this past week’s NFL games. Each card is rated 90 overall, giving Ultimate Team gamers a nice additional player for their roster. Here’s how to get Lamar Jackson or CJ Mosley Team of the Week 1 Hero items in Madden 20.
Madden 20 Team of the Week 1 Challenges
Both Lamar Jackson and CJ Mosley have special Madden 20 Team of the Week Challenges. Play these in order to get a Team of the Year Token and also a new Madden Team of the Week Player. See the new TOTW Week 1 players here. To find these challenges, go into Ultimate Team mode on the game and then scroll down on the Missions screen to “Team of the Week.”
In each player’s challenge, you play the first quarter against the team they faced in Week 1. Each of the player’s challenges allows you to choose a difficulty level of one star up (Easy), two stars (Medium) or three stars (Hard). There are also bonus stars awarded for achieving extra goals during the challenges.
For the Lamar Jackson Challenge, the main goal is to score two or more touchdowns in the first quarter. One bonus star is given for throwing for 153 yards or more. Another bonus star is given for scoring on a passing touchdown on just the first play.
For the CJ Mosley Challenge, the main goal is to not allow the opposing team to score any points in the quarter. A bonus star is given for recovering one or more fumble, while another bonus star is given for getting five or more tackles in the quarter.
Winning the TOTW Challenges brings up to 1,000 Coins per player. Achieving two stars in the TOTW Challenges will give a special TOTY Collectible Token. You’ll need these at the end of the season to trade-in for a special TOTY item set. By achieving six stars in the TOTW Challenges, you’ll receive a Madden 20 Team of the Week Player.
How to get Lamar Jackson or CJ Mosley TOTW Hero items
The Lamar Jackson and JC Mosley Hero items are the grand prizes this week, in addition to the LTD Sammy Watkins item. Both Jackson and Mosley are 90 OVR player cards as shown in the tweet below. Each of the cards has some great key attributes as well including a 90 Speed for Jackson and a 93 Play Recognition for Mosley.

- Anthony Harris
- Devon Kennard
- Vernon Hargreaves
Get these Madden 20 Team of the Week Players through the purchase of TOTW Packs or Bundles. Additionally, get a TOTW player through the Challenges we outlined above. You can also go into the Madden 20 Ultimate Team Auction Browser to buy TOTW players to complete the weekly set.
Once you have all 12, you can turn it in for your choice of Lamar Jackson or CJ Mosley TOTW Hero item. The offer officially expires on September 17 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, as a new Madden 20 Team of the Week arrives after that.
