The Division 2 is out right now after several days of early access and players going about finding the best skills and so on. As you go about doing all of that, you are going to likely play with other real players at some point. As such, you will probably want to know about The Division 2 how to leave group feature.
This is important because you may find yourself in a group that you don’t actually want to stay in. In addition, oddly enough, the game doesn’t automatically give you the option to leave or kick you from groups upon completing a mission you matchmade for. This can make everything regarding online groups annoying. Thankfully, there is a Division 2 how to leave group feature.
Unfortunately, the game doesn’t explain The Division 2 how to leave group feature at all. In fact, it’s hidden within the menus so you have to go looking for it. This can make leaving a team you want nothing to do with anymore pretty frustrating. All you need to do is open up the main menu where you select your character and stuff.
When you get here, you are going to look for the “social” section on the left side. It can be small and easy to miss if you are in a clan. Once you get to this part of the menu, you will see a list of all the players in your team. Then you will need to select your own character and you will see the option on the right to leave the group.
This is all it takes to leave a group. With that, you will be back on your own again. Weirdly enough, though, you will probably have to deal with a loading screen no matter where you are as you leave the group so that is totally natural.
