Another star player has joined the mix with the recent Madden 19 Ultimate Team Legends. Each weekend, the MUT aspect of the game receives a trio of legends from the gridiron. On Friday night, we saw the early reveal of two of those legends for this weekend. Now we’ve learned that there is a new John Randle LTD Legends card available in the game too.
New John Randle LTD arrives with 99 OVR
Randle was a beast on the defensive side of the field for the Minnesota Vikings. He came into the league in 1990 as an undrafted free agent for the team at age 23. From there, Randle played in all 16 of his team’s games that season. He’d go on to spend 10 years in Minnesota and was a six-time Pro Bowl and First-Team All-Pro selection. In 2001, he’d join the Seattle Seahawks and make the Pro-Bowl yet again. Randle would also finish his career there after three years and 43 games played.
His career stats included one interception, 11 fumble recoveries (including a touchdown), and 137.5 sacks. Randle had 471 solo tackles and 555 combined tackles by the time his career ended. He also tallied eight-straight seasons in which he had 10 sacks or more. He led the league in 1997 with 15.5 sacks. The legendary defender is now a member of the NFL Hall of Fame and now an Ultimate Legends LTD card in the Madden 19 game.
His new Ultimate Legends card is a 99 overall just like the other new Legends cards for Terrell Davis and Ronnie Lott. Randle’s card has a 99 when it comes to Play Recognition and Finesse Moves. He also sports a 96 Block Shedding, 95 Power Moves, and 93 Strength. His speed may leave something to be desired at 84, but gamers know what they’re getting with a player of his stature. The John Randle Ultimate Legends card is available for just a limited time, so gamers who want a defender of Randle’s magnitude will need to act quickly to find him in packs. The card is currently available until May 6 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time in Ultimate Legends packs.
However, Randle is also available for a price at the Auction area of Ultimate Team. As of this report, we saw Buy it Now ranging from a low of 897,500 coins to a high of 997,500 coins.
