Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic Score Just Behind Resident Evil 2 Remake

The Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic score is now out and available for fans to check out. It’s actually doing really great but it is, unfortunately, lagging behind the Resident Evil 2 Remake Metacritic score currently. Those two games make up the top two games right now for this month and the year of 2019. It remains to be seen how long the two will be at the top.

The Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic score right now is sitting at 89 for PS4. Oddly enough, the Xbox One version only has two review scores right now so it isn’t able to have an average score until two more reviews for that platform are released. The score of 89 is just below Resident Evil 2 Remake’s Metacritic score currently.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic Score Versus Resident Evil 2 Remake

Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic score

Resident Evil 2 Remake is sitting at currently a whopping 93 for the Xbox One version of the game. At the same time, the PS4 version is sitting at 91, just above the Kingdom Hearts 3 score. On the bright side, the Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic score is beating the PC version of Resident Evil 2 Remake, which is sitting at an average score of 88 for that platform.

It’s worth noting that there are some distinct differences between the two games. The main one is that it looks like Square Enix was much more reserved in sending out review codes early for Kingdom Hearts 3 as opposed to Capcom with Resident Evil 2. There are only 17 reviews for Kingdom Hearts 3 on PS4 right now while there are 63 reviews for the PS4 version of Resident Evil 2.

It is currently unknown if the Kingdom Hearts 3 Metacritic score would rise or fall if more publications had a review. What we do know is that it is really impressive that Resident Evil 2 is sitting at 91 with so many reviews. It remains to be seen how long these two games will sit at the top for best of 2019 thus far.
