God of War features a whole host of hidden treasure scattered across the game’s regions. One of these caches can be found hidden in a place called Lookout Tower. To find this treasure, you will need to find the Kneel Before Thor! treasure map.
The Kneel Before Thor! map can be found in the Landsuther Mines. You pass through this area during the “Deus Ex Malachite” Favor. In the mine’s first chamber you will find a coffin behind a gate that cannot be opened. You will go from there to descend into the mines, and later on you will find an elevator. That elevator takes you back up to the room behind the gate that couldn’t be opened. There, you will find the Kneel Before Thor! treasure map.
The map reads: “I’ve lived to serve the god of thunder and I bury my greatest treasure right where all inhabitants of Midgard should dwell: at the feet of the God of Gods.”
Where to Find the Kneel Before Thor! Hidden Treasure
The map will lead you to Lookout Tower on the edge of the Lake of Nine. To find the treasure, the Lake of Nine’s water level must have been lowered. First, land on the tower’s beach and slay the Nightmares roaming it. On the right-hand side of the beach, you can climb a crack in a wall. However, spikes at the top prevent you from reaching the top. A spinning pillar on the left can be hit with Kratos’ axe to lift the spikes. Continue to hit the pillar to clear out more spikes as you climb.
Eventually you will reach a chest and a chain that you can climb down to Lookout Tower’s high water area, though there is no need to head that way here. On the right-hand side of the chest is another ledge. Keep climbing, and eventually you will reach the top, where you will find a zip line. That zip line takes you down to a More Than Myth shrine, and to the right of that shrine is the Kneel Before Thor! hidden treasure.
The secret cache contains legendary Unstable Ore and the Eye of Rage legendary enchantment.
