Madden 19 Ultimate Team: MUT Legends Week 15 Adds Jerry Rice, Michael Strahan
When it comes to the Madden 19 Ultimate team, gamers are always on the lookout for the top players. Every week, there are MUT Legends available within packs that are especially good to keep an eye out for. This week’s chosen stars are certainly two all-time greats within NFL history. Here are the players that gamers will want to look for in MUT Legends Week 15 on the Madden game.
Madden 19 Ultimate Team: MUT Legends Jerry Rice, Michael Strahan
As of Saturday, EA Sports revealed that there are several legends on both sides of the ball available through Madden 19 Ultimate Team. They are former San Francisco 49ers great Jerry Rice and New York Giants defensive star Michael Strahan. These appear to be separate from the Zero Chill players that are in the rotation.
Wide receiver Jerry Rice is known for his legendary career which spanned nearly two decades in the NFL. He started at just age 23 with San Francisco in 1985 and the rest was history. He remained part of the team up until 2000 and during that team captured three Super Bowl rings (1988, 1989, 1994).
He’d join the Oakland Raiders in 2000 for the remaining for years of his career. However, they failed to win in their Super Bowl appearance, falling 48-21 to Tampa Bay. Still, Rice racked up career numbers that include 19,247 yards and 197 touchdowns on 1,549 receptions. He also tallied 10 rushing touchdowns and 645 yards on the ground, making him a versatile offensive star.

As for Michael Strahan, his work was done on the opposite side of the ball. Strahan was the No. 40 pick for the New York Giants back in 1993 and went on to earn seven Pro Bowl appearances in his career. He also was among the team’s star players helping them reach and win the Super Bowl in 2008. During the game, he recorded two tackles and a sack as New York defeated the Patriots 17-14.
For his career, Strahan had impressive numbers with 659 solo tackles, 141.5 sacks, four interceptions, and two touchdowns off those picks. Now he joins Steelers great Rod Woodson and 49ers great Jerry Rice as part of the MUT Legends Week 15 available. Both players are now available with 95 overall ratings on their cards.
Madden 19 Ultimate Team: How to add MUT Legends for Week 15
To find the Rice, Woodson, or Strahan cards, gamers need to get Ultimate Team packs. In addition, the Auction House has them available for the winning bidders. One other thing to keep in mind is that there may be Strahan and Rice cards with lower overall ratings in packs or the Auction House. However, if gamers gather all of the lower-rated legends they can go to the Sets and get full versions of the players.
One other possibility is to challenge a Legend’s team in the Solo Challenge. By doing this, you’ll gain a Power Up to boost the Legend.
