Each and every week the NFL is revealing players for their NFL 100 All-Time team. Just last Friday, they revealed a number of star running backs including Barry Sanders and Emmitt Smith. On Friday, November 29, EA revealed its newest group of Madden 20 NFL 100 players. They include several all-time defensive stars including Lawrence Taylor, Deacon Jones, and Bobby Bell.
New Madden 20 NFL 100 players revealed: Defensive stars
Madden Ultimate Team fans pretty much knew these were coming. With the latest reveal of Madden 20 NFL 100 players there are now better cards available for Lawrence Taylor, Alan Page, Deacon Jones, and Bobby Bell. Each of the defensive stars now has a 94 overall player card with Power Up options. They join last week’s NFL 100 running backs as part of the MUT program.
For LT, his new card boasts 92 Power Moves, 91 Acceleration, 91 Finesse Moves, 90 Tackle, and 90 Block Shedding attributes. Page has 91 Play Recognition, 91 Finesse Moves, 89 Strength, 89 Block Shedding, and 89 Tackle as his top attributes.
Along with offensive star Baker Mayfield, defensive star Deacon Jones was part of the NFL Epics program in Madden Ultimate Team. However, his new card with a 94 OVR has 93 Play Recognition, 92 Tackle, 92 Power Moves, 91 Strength, and 91 Block Shedding.
The other representative is former Kansas City Chiefs defensive star Bobby Bell. His key attributes include 92 Play Recognition 92 Tackle, 89 Acceleration, and 86 Block Speeding along with 85 Speed.
Where to get the new NFL 100 cards
Each of the four players above has three different versions for the Madden 20 NFL 100 promotion. In addition to the 94 Overall Centennial versions shown above each player also has a Power Up and an 84 OVR Base version card.
To get the 94 OVR Centennial version, gamers need to put together a set of 25 of any of the Week 2 Top 100 Base players. These can be acquired through packs and the Auction Browser for Madden Coins. There are also new Week 2 challenges available to earn a Base Player in the Ultimate Team area.
All of the Centennial cards are also available at the Auction Browser, but they’ll have a high price. As an example, LT’s card is currently selling for 732,000 to over one million Madden Coins via bids or “Buy Now” option.
