Madden 20 Players: Panthers’ Greg Olsen in Hilarious Face Scan, Falcons’ Julio Jones on Defense in New Videos
The Madden 20 players continue to provide moments of hilarity as the NFL season is arriving. Over the past several weeks, we’ve seen players object to their in-game ratings, threaten to boycott the game, and even some funny glitches from certain guys. Now we’ve got a few more Madden 20 player videos that surfaced featuring Greg Olsen and Julio Jones.
Greg Olsen gets his Madden 20 players’ face scan
The Carolina Panthers’ Greg Olsen is amongst the offensive stars of the game. The longtime receiver has become a favorite target for quarterback Cam Newton. He’s also quite funny off the field, as shown in a new Madden 20 players video that showed up. In the video, Olsen is getting his face scan done and it’s rather humorous as he jokes about it with the crew.
When it comes to the Madden 20 players, Olsen is rated at 89 overall. That ranks him as the fifth-best tight end among Madden player ratings for the game. Olsen also has several nice cards that EA released for Ultimate Team. Those include the Power Up card (69 OVR), Ultimate Trainers (72 OVR), Core Elite (81), and Ultimate Trainers (85). Most likely there will be more cards on the way for this talented NFL star. Who knows which facial expressions will show up on them, though!
WR Julio Jones also plays, defense?
In terms of the top players in the game for making receptions, Julio Jones is right up there. The 6-foot-3 Atlanta Falcons wide receiver caught 113 passes last season for 1,677 yards and eight touchdowns. He’s rated at 98 overall, tying him with the Raiders’ Antonio Brown for second-best. Only 99 Club member DeAndre Hopkins outranks them. Some gamers felt maybe Jones was robbed of that distinction for Madden 20, but he’s got a full season ahead too.
While it’s well known that Jones is a star receiver, what if he were on defense? A new video popped up showing him in Madden as a defender as shown below.
It’s always possible this will lead to Jones appearing as a defender in the game. During last season of Madden, they revealed Out of Position players including quarterbacks as kickers, and offensive players as defenders. EA may take note of the highlight clip above and decide he can rival one of the quickest corners in the game, Marshon Lattimore.
Meanwhile, Jones has several Madden 20 players items available for Ultimate Team. Those include his 86 Core Elite, 82 M20 Pre-Order, and 74 Power Up cards. Just like Greg Olsen, it won’t be surprising to see Jones receive more passes this season and get upgraded cards in the Madden 20 world.
