Madden 20 Signature Series 3 Details Revealed: New Trophies, Level Rewards, & LTD Player Items
The new Madden 20 Signature Series 3 player items have been revealed for Ultimate Team mode. EA’s daily Twitch stream for the game showed off the major details about the third series of the program. That includes the new trophies, level rewards, and more. In addition, gamers learned of the two 92-rated limited cards for star players Ezekiel Elliott and Davonte David.
Ezekiel Elliott, Davonte David get new Madden 20 Signature Series 3 LTDs
The Madden 20 Signature Series 3 officially rolls out on Friday, November 1 in Ultimate Team. The first LTD player items are available for several days in packs. They are the Dallas Cowboys’ Ezekiel Elliott for offense and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Davonte David for defense. Each of their new items is a Power Up item with Chemistry and a 92 overall rating.
Elliott brings a 92 Agility, 90 Break Tackle, 88 Acceleration, and an 87 Speed. David’s card includes 91 Tackle, 90 Play Recognition, 87 Block Shedding, and 87 Acceleration amongst key attributes. Here’s a look at the new items for Elliott and David.
Their new LTD Signature Series cards are available for just a few days through packs in the Ultimate Team store. Gamers can get them in packs until Saturday, November 2 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time or via the Auction Browser after that.
New Series 3 Trophies, S2 to expire
As with each Signature Series, the in-game Trophies currency will expire for Series 2. A new Trophy will begin as the in-game currency for Madden 20 Signature Series 3. So for those gamers who don’t spend the S2 Trophies, they’ll be cut in half, but will convert to the new Series 3 Trophies.
The following pop-up message will appear for gamers when they sign into Ultimate Team on Friday. Gamers who still have Series 1 Trophies hanging around will see those halved again to convert to new Series 3 Trophies.
Madden 20 Signature Series 3 Offensive & Defensive packs, Level Rewards
Gamers will unlock different levels of Offensive or Defensive Packs. These are usually purchased with either Coins, Training, or Points (real money) in the Ultimate Team Store. One of the examples highlighted on the Madden Twitch stream was for the Level 61 Offensive pack options.
Level 61 Offensive Pack (85 OVR Core Elite):

Level 61 Offensive Premium Pack: (87 OVR Core Elite):

At Level 62, the reward is a Gridiron Pack. Level 63 will bring new level challenges. Gamers will also get a new Level Master Token for Tory Holt. At Level 64, the reward is a Coin Quicksell worth 35,000 Madden Coins.
Level 65 is an 89-90 OVR Power Up card. Level 66 will unlock exclusive Madden Ultimate Team Store offers. That offers is for a Level 66 Pack/Player option (14,000 Coins or 890 Training). The example shown (a work in progress) was for an 85 OVR Core Elite Calais Campbell, Patrick Peterson, Byron Jones, Malcolm Jenkins, or Chris Jones.
The Level 66 Defensive Premium Pack brings a choice of 87 Core Elite J.J. Watt, Fletcher Cox, Von Miller, Luke Kuechley, Jalen Ramsey, or an 85 OVR Platinum Byron Jones.
Level 67 brings another Gridiron Pack as the reward, while Level 68 will unlock new level challenges and another Master Token for Tory Holt. At Level 69, there’s another 35,000 Coin Quicksell followed by another 91-92 Power Up Pass at Level 70.
Tory Holt’s upgraded Master item, Series 3 Progression
As a reminder, all of the items shown are “Work in Progress” until Madden 20 Series 3 launches on Friday, November 1. In addition, they gave a reveal of how Tory Holt’s two Master Tokens in Signature Series 3 could upgrade his item. It will boost him to a sweet 94 OVR with 92 Speed, 92 Catching, and 92 Short Route Run, amongst his key attributes.
In addition, there will be 28 Series Redux Players as well as Melvin Gordon Series II Master item now added to packs for random discovery. So be on the lookout for the possibilities of some great cards for players like Aaron Donald, Le’Veon Bell, Deshaun Watson, Randy Moss, and more.
Gamers will also want to look into Series 3 Progression when it goes live in Ultimate Team on Friday. It involves “Multiplayer wins,” Daily Missions, and Level Challenges to complete for Trophies, Coins, or other rewards.
