Madden 20 Theme Diamond 2 Players: How to Get Them and 98 OVR Night Train Lane Card
With Friday’s release of Madden 20 Series 5 comes a new selection of Theme Diamond 2 players for all 32 NFL teams. While there was a previous group of Madden 20 Theme Diamonds months ago, these new players have much higher overall ratings and better attributes. There’s also a chance to get a Theme Diamond Master item for all-time great Night Train Lane. Here’s a look at who all of the new Madden 20 Theme Diamond players are and how to get that Master item.
Who are the new Madden 20 Theme Diamond 2 players?
Over the past several days, EA’s Madden has revealed the various Series 5 details. That included the unveiling of new Madden 20 Theme Diamond 2. These are specific players for each of the 32 NFL teams with some playing way in the past and others more recent. These make for great additions to many rosters, and especially for a theme team.

How to get a Theme Diamond 2 player
To get a specific Madden 20 Theme Diamond 2 player requires putting together a set. It consists of 12 to 14 specific cards based on the Theme Diamond player’s team.
Here’s an example for the Chicago Bears set to acquire Mike Brown’s Theme Diamond card. The best part about this promotion is that many MUT theme teams may have most or all of the necessary cards already, with just a few to buy. They’ll likely be available through the Auction Browser using Madden Coins for bidding or buying them.
There’s also a new Theme Diamond Journey Part 3 which lets gamers play a game with each of the different TD 2 players. In addition, it brings rewards including Madden Coins and Stars.Â
At the 60 Stars level, gamers earn an 87 to 90 OVR NAT player for a Theme Diamond 2 set. An 87 to 91 OVR NAT player is the reward for 120 Stars. At 200 Stars gamers earn an 87 to 92 OVR NAT player. These are used in the Theme Diamond 2 sets.
Keep in mind that once you assemble a Theme Diamond 2 set you won’t get back any of the player items that were in that set. Instead, you’ll get the Theme Diamond player item, his Power Up item and the player’s team Token.

How do you get the 98 OVR Night Train Lane Master item?
It’s going to take quite a bit of grinding or money in order to land a 98 OVR Night Train Lane, but it is possible. Basically, the goal is to complete all 32 NFL Theme Diamond player sets. Upon completion of each Theme Diamond player set, gamers get a token for that team.
Those tokens are part of the Theme Diamond Master Night Train Lane set. It will take all 32 Theme Diamond 2 tokens to earn that 98 OVR card for the all-time great cornerback. However, gamers will receive that Madden 20 Theme Diamond Master item and his Power Up, giving them one of the best cornerback options for their roster.
