Madden 21 Golden Ticket Players: Release 5 Includes Carl Banks, Taysom Hill Cards
With Madden 21 Golden Ticket players, gamers get some of the best cards available for Ultimate Team mode. These are player cards that were designed by the specific requests of players who won Golden Tickets while playing select games. Some of the cards for Release 5 are drawing rave reviews from fans, including new cards for Carl Banks and Taysom Hill. Here are the latest details for the fifth release in the Golden Tickets promotion.
Madden 21 Golden Ticket players for Release 5 available
Four more Madden 21 Golden Ticket players were released for the fifth group on Friday, May 28. Gamers can pick up New Orleans Saints QB Tayson Hill with his new 99 OVR item. Key attributes include the 99s for Play Action, Throw Under Pressure and Deep Accuracy. In addition, he brings 98 Throw Power and 96 Speed ratings for an impressive new card.
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk is a welcome surprise for many Ultimate Team fans. He’s got the 98 Speed, 98 Catching, and then 99s for Spectacular, Catch in Traffic, and Short Route Run. He’s a slot receiver archetype with superstar abilities also available, and team chemistry boosts.
Former New York Giants linebacker Carl Banks is the card many fans will want, as this was the developer release. He’s at the strong safety position on his Golden Ticket card. It features 99s for Tackling, Man Coverage, and Pursuit. There’s also 98 Zone Coverage, 97 Power Moves, and 96 Speed to give a great option for a pass-rushing SS. Like the other cards, he can get chemistry boosts and abilities upgrades via Training.
Last but not least is cornerback Jimmy Smith with 96 Speed, 97 Jumping, and 97 Acceleration stats. He’s also got 99s for his Play Recognition, Man Coverage, Zone, and Pass Rushing. The Baltimore Ravens corner is a man-to-man archetype.
All of the above cards are now available through the Madden 21 Auction House, and randomly in select packs. Each of these cards has a Quicksell value of 100,000 Training, but most will want to keep these guys in their lineups.
It’s expected that there will be at least one more Madden 21 Golden Tickets players release coming up before possible additional content in the game.
Free 99 OVR GT card available through challenges
We previously mentioned the M21 Fan Appreciation program and new packs. With the program, gamers can play through different mission sequences in the challenges. These are throwbacks to previous promotions from throughout the season including holiday-themed content, Blitz, and more.
The objective is to rack up 120 stars by defeating these challenges. Once that level is reached, a free 99 overall Non-Auctionable/Tradeable Golden Ticket card is earned as a reward. Gamers get a choice of one of the previous 18 Madden 21 Golden Tickets players in the game. Unfortunately, the four players with new cards shown up above won’t be included in the options.
The only ways to get the newest GT players is via packs randomly or by hitting the Auction House. Currently, Taysom Hill’s card is going for 400,000 to over 800,000 Madden Coins. Carl Banks’ SS card is going for 450-600,000 Coins on the PlayStation 4 listings.
