Madden 21 Legends Group 7 will bring several players back into Ultimate Team from last season. With the newest additions, gamers will get all-time greats Mean Joe Greene and Kevin Mawae. Here’s a look at the two players’ new items in Ultimate Team mode, along with challenges, and costs for how to get them.
Mean Joe Greene, Kevin Mawae back for Madden 21 Legends Group 7
Some gamers will see this weekend’s MUT release as lackluster due to last weekend holding two all-time beasts in Michael Vick and Deion Sanders. However, Mean Joe Greene and Kevin Mawae are no slouches for Madden 21 Legends Group 7. They’ll provide defense and size on the frontline for many MUT rosters.
The two newest Legends players first leaked on Twitter on Friday night ahead of their Saturday release in Ultimate Team. Defensive tackle Mean Joe Greene will have 92 Strength, 92 Block Shedding, and 92 Power Moves. Center Kevin Mawae brings 92 Awareness, 92 Run Blocking, and 90 Strength amongst key attributes for his new card.
Both players will have those LTD Legends (92 OVR) cards as well as Boss Legends cards (91 OVR) Power Up items. Gamers can acquire the Power Up items by defeating Greene or Mawae’s new Ultimate Challenges.
To get the Boss Legends cards requires putting together a set of five non-Boss Legends cards. The five other cards are 83 OVR Novice, 84 OVR Proven, 85 OVR Premier, 87 OVR Season, and 89 OVR Season. These can be acquired through the Auction House listings or packs.
There’s also one other Ultimate Challenge available to earn a Legends Token. In this one, you’ll need to defeat the Ultimate Legends team. Gamers can assemble a set of these to exchange for a NAT Boss Legends player down the road.
Over at the Auction House listings, Mean Joe Greene’s LTD card is getting around 500,000 to 600,000 Coins. The 91 OVR is getting slightly less. Mawae’s LTD is going for about 500,000 Coins, with the 91 OVR selling for 300-400,000 Coins as of this report.
