New Madden 21 Out of Position Jamal Adams, Ghosts of Madden Tre’Davious White Revealed
As the Zero Chill promotion continues during the winter months of Ultimate Team, gamers will get new Madden 21 Out of Position and Ghosts of Madden cards. On Monday, December 28, MUT will bring out a number of new player items. Among them will be an OOP card for Jamal Adams and a Ghosts of Madden card for Tre’Davious White that were teased ahead of the release.
New Madden 21 Out of Position for Jamal Adams
The Madden 21 Out of Position promo has always been popular with MUT fans. It brings out cards that put players at positions they don’t normally play. For example, there might be Ladanian Tomlinson as a quarterback, or a QB playing kicker. For December 28, one of the new OOP cards will move Jamal Adams to right outside linebacker.
It’s a 95 overall card for the Seattle Seahawks star with a Run Stopper archetype. The new OOP card includes 95 Play Recognition, 92 Speed, 91 Acceleration, 91 Tackling, and 80 Block Shedding amongst the attributes. Here’s a look at the card teased ahead of Monday’s release:
In addition to this card, the strong safety has a 90 OVR card for Ultimate Kickoff, along with 84 OVR Core Elite, 81 TOTW, and his Power Up. Other Out of Position cards include 95 OVR Deion Sanders WR, 95 OVR Calvin Johnson FS, and 95 OVR Taysom Hill TE cards.
On Christmas Day, fans saw an Out of Position LTD card arrive for D.K. Metcalf. However, that card officially stopped being part of packs as of Sunday, December 27 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
New Ghosts of Madden Present for Tre’Davious White
The other Zero Chill promotion that’s been going on is the Ghosts of Madden series in Ultimate Team. This presents cards for stars of the Past, Present, and Future in the NFL. Based on an @mut_news1 tweet, Monday’s release will feature players from past, present, and future including Tre’Davious White.
The Buffalo Bills’ cornerback also gets a 95 OVR card with a Man to Man archetype. It features 96 Man Coverage, 95 Pass Rush, 94 Zone Coverage, 93 Speed, and 93 Agility, so this is likely to be a popular card for many fans.
Prior to this card, White had an 86 OVR Superstar MVPs card available in addition to his 83 Core Elite and Power Up items. Bills theme team builders and other fans looking for one of the best available CBs will be looking to packs or the Auction House for the Ghosts of Madden item.
Christmas Day brought all sorts of new Madden 21 Ultimate Team Zero Chill cards including Ghosts of Madden Past. They included defensive star Rod Woodson, tight end Tony Gonzalez, and wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald. Other Ghosts of Madden standout cards include 96 OVR Bo Jackson, 95 OVR Alvin Kamara, and 95 OVR J.J. Watt.
