With Madden 22 features recently revealed, an exciting new addition looks to be Dynamic Gameday. With this, NFL teams will have unique home-field advantages. These can come into play to help the home squad or disrupt the visitors.
In addition, there are also momentum shifts available that can affect the gameplay. With the game’s Community Playtest underway, details are known about all the Dynamic Gameday home-field advantages.
Madden 22 features: What is Dynamic Gameday?
Madden 22 features Dynamic Gameday with unique home-field advantages for each team. As a result, the home team will have a special boost, or the away team will have a disadvantage.
Some examples were provided ahead of the game’s official trailer reveal. The Denver Broncos’ stadium gives visiting teams stamina issues, for instance. The Chicago Bears’ Soldier Field is tougher for visiting teams to kick field goals in. Each team’s advantage is different, giving a unique aspect in Madden 22.
Along with home-field advantages, both teams have momentum shifts available. Based on a recent Zirksee YouTube video, each team has two momentum shifts possible during games. These are available for the home or away team to get.
Along with the above aspects, Dynamic Gameday includes the Next Gen Stats Star-Driven AI based on player and team performance in the NFL over the course of the season. These are updated as teams’ tendencies, and stats change during the season. EA unveiled an interactive graphic to check out Dynamic Gameday a bit more.
Thanks to the recent video from YouTuber Zirksee, all of the NFL teams’ Dynamic Gameday home-field advantages are known. However, they are subject to change before the game’s release.
