As the release date for MLB The Show 19 draws near, the creators of the popular PlayStation game are having some fun predicting where cover athlete Bryce Harper may land in 2019. The latest teams MLB The Show Bryce Harper predictions involve the American League West division.
The crew is running simulations for Harper through the 2018 edition of MLB The Show, and some of his stats are downright staggering.
Harper thrives in Seattle with personal best season

The Mariners fail to make the postseason in 2019, however, Harper finishes the season with a career high in home runs with 41, and RBI with 117. He also finished with a .301 batting average and helps the M’s finish 84-78.
The Texas Rangers and Oakland A’s also fail to make the playoffs with the addition of Harper, but both make nice strides. The Rangers finish with 10 more victories than they did in 2018. As for the Oakland A’s, despite finishing 85-77 they miss the playoffs for the second straight season.
As for the Houston Astros, they just get better with the addition of Harper.
MLB The Show projects the Astros to win a franchise record 106 games in 2019. Harper smashes 38 homers, drives in 115 and finished with a .293 average. While all of those stats are more than impressive, it is the Angels who do the most damage this season by adding the Las Vegas native.

Everyone who follows baseball knows that players like Bryce Harper are game changers. In other words, they can single-handedly change the game. The latest prediction from MLB The Show indicates that while Harper makes every team in the AL West better, the Angels reap the biggest reward, a World Series title.
The simulation has the Los Angeles Angels finishing with a 97-65 record. Harper is projected to hit 25 home runs, 79 RBI and a .336 average. While those personal stats are not as overwhelming as on other teams in the West, winning the World Series is always the ultimate goal.
The Angels were the No. 9 team overall in MLB The Show 18 team ratings. They also featured the game’s highest-ranked player in Mike Trout (93) ahead of last season. Adding Harper, who held an 88 ranking, was just what LA needed to take the title.
The trio of Justin Upton, Mike Trout, and Bryce Harper led the Halos to their first championship since 2002.
