The popular baseball video game continues to bring the heat with new content for gamers to acquire. As of Tuesday, it’s a new Diamond Miguel Cabrera card as part of MLB The Show 20 Headliners Set 10.
New MLB The Show 20 Headliners Set 10 Miguel Cabrera card
We saw Robb Nenn featured in Headliners Set 9 and Dale Murphy in Headliners Set 8. On Tuesday, April 14 around 3 p.m. Eastern Time (noon Pacific). They feature 11-time All-Star, two-time AL MVP, Triple Crown player, and World Series winner Miguel Cabrera.
The Detroit Tigers star stands at 6-foot-4 and brings his impressive skills to Diamond Dynasty. A new reveal video arrived on MLB The Show’s Twitter with fans calling the new item a “W.”
The card is a 94 Diamond item for Cabrera based on his 2012 American League MVP and 2013 All-Star season. Among his attributes are a 104 CON R, 108 CON L, 112 Power vs. Lefties, 100 Plate Discipline, and 97 Durability.
Cabrera isn’t the quickest player at 31 Speed with 11 Steal rating, but he has a 75 Arm and 71 Fielding for Defense. Basically, he’s a Diamond hitter who can play third base for many Diamond Dyanst teams.
Where to get the new Miguel Cabrera card
The new MLB The Show 20 Headliners Set 10 packs are available in the Diamond Dynasty mode. Head to the far right and choose “Packs.” The Headliners packs should be the first ones showing up. These cost 7,500 MLB The Show Stubs and gamers are limited to a maximum of five packs each.
Be aware, you may not pull a Miguel Cabrera in those five packs. The other option is to purchase his Diamond card straight from the Community Marketplace. Right now, prices are starting at about 92,000 Stubs on the market listings. Gamer requests to buy the card are starting around 83,000 Stubs, as of this report.
