It’s almost the fourth week of Fortnite’s season 7 and it seems like the next major event is approaching. First, the mysterious Dragon Eggs were discovered in the game files, now, a humanoid rock formation in north-eastern part of the map has started to move. Back in season 5, “Kevin the Cube” moved in the same manner before it melted in Loot Lake, right before season 6.
Location of The Moving Rock Formation in Fortnite
You can find the rock formation between Tomato Temple and Wailing Woods. A user on Reddit noticed that something is wrong with the pose of the rock statue near Tomato Temple.
idk if this has been talked about, but a formation of rocks inbetween tomato and wailing has been moving around from FortNiteBR
As you can see, the strange statue now has a surprised look and has shifted from its initial position. If it really starts to move, then it’s definitely going to play a big part in season 7. It would be really exciting to see it coming to life in the process and there’s a chance that it might happen once the snowy biome covers the location where this statue stands.
Some fans have theorized that if this statue starts destroying things, then it’ll definitely visit Tilted Towers and destroy that one, specific building that has been targeted by every season’s destructive force. For now, the only solid connection to the major season 7 event is the hidden Dragon Eggs under Polar Peak.
It’s impossible for players to visit the area with Dragon eggs, for now. Leaked audio files suggest that a creature (possibly a dragon) is going to hatch from the eggs. The five dragons will then melt the snow, making the giant Ice Castle accessible to players.
Fortnite is celebrating the holidays with “14 Days of Fortnite” event. It is rewarding players with free gifts for completing challenges. Currently, it’s the sixth day of the event and it tasks players with finding six waterside goose nests.
