Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is scheduled to launch for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on August 31 this year, but that hasn’t stopped Bandai Namco from reaching out to fans in order to get some feedback. Which means that yet again, open beta’s are available for those out there who want to get hands-on experience with the game before it officially debuts this year. If your interest hasn’t been peaked just yet, we ask you to give this game a try because, who knows, maybe it may end up becoming your GOTY.
Bandai Namco announced the second open beta through its official Twitter, though for some reason or other, deleted the tweet a few hours later. The publisher was answering questions from fans about the beta, as well as confirming information that wasn’t included in the tweet, so we’re not completely sure why the tweet ended up being deleted.
Thankfully the image stating the date and times of the second open beta was already saved by some quick-thinking individuals. You can look at the image for yourselves, below:
As you can see above, there was even the reveal of the character Yamato so we’re still not sure why the publisher deleted the tweet in the first place. The tweet read like so: “The #ShinobiStriker Open Beta 2 starts July 19th! Experience 4 maps, 25 kinds of ninjutsus, new customization options + a new playable character, Yamato.”
If you’re a fan of the anime, getting in on the action for this beta is obviously the right thing to do. However, even if you never managed to make it to Shippuuden (guilty as charged), Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker looks to be a game that you and your friends will have a blast playing together.
Are you up for some Shinobi action? Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for when the beta officially opens on July 19th.
