NBA 2K19 Neighborhood Swag Drops For Lakers’ Kyle Kuzma, Utah’s Donovan Mitchell, More
The NBA 2K19 Neighborhood swag now available features some of the league’s top performers in recent games. Among the star players who gamers can get gear for is Los Angeles Lakers star Kyle Kuzma as well as Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell. Here’s a look at who all is included in the new NBA 2K19 Neighborhood swag and why.
NBA 2K19 Neighborhood Swag: Mitchell, Kuzma headline group of stars
Donovan Mitchell continues his maturation in just his second season in the league. Over his past five games, he’s averaging 29.4 points for the Jazz and all of those games were victories. Most recently, he dropped 24 against the Cavs in a 115-99 win, after back-to-back 28-point games against the Clippers and Pistons. His jersey is now part of the swag drop.
Then there’s second-year star Kyle Kuzma, who is also maturing before fans’ eyes. He’s doing so during a time the Lakers really need him too, as LeBron is still out due to injury. Just last night, Kuzma was the high-scorer for his team with 32 points and eight rebounds. Unfortunately, that game ended in a loss to the Rockets in OT, 138-134. However, Kuzma led the team to an overtime win against OKC, 138-128 in the prior game. Kuzma had 32 points in that one as well and is averaging 24 points over the Lakers’ stretch of five games.

As seen above Kuzma and Mitchell were just two of the stars with threads available in Neighborhood. Also making appearances are the San Antonio Spurs’ LaMarcus Aldridge and Toronto Raptors’ Kawhi Leonard. In addition, Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson and the Boston Celtics’ Marcus Morris are available.
Most of these players have received NBA 2K19 Moments Cards including diamonds for their recent performances. So it’s not surprising to see them featured in this latest swag promotion. For those who may be puzzled by Marcus Morris’ inclusion, the Celtics player hasn’t had too many noteworthy performances recently. However, he had a nice stretch from Jan. 9 through Jan. 12. In those games, he tallied 22 points and back-to-back 17-point performances.
