The NBA 2K20 All-Star Moments cards will be arriving over the course of the next several days as players win MVP awards or the skills contests. The first of those players has already arrived with the Charlotte Hornets’ Miles Bridges. In addition, Ronnie 2K had a decent outing in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, but the gaming community is letting him hear about the mistakes.
NBA 2K20 All-Star Moments: Miles Bridges gets Diamond card for Rising Stars MVP
The NBA Rising Stars Challenge brought Team USA and Team World with players including Zion Williamson, Ja Morant, Trae Young, and Luka Doncic putting on a show. There were plenty of dunks and highlight plays throughout the night courtesy of many players. However, only one player could leave the building as Most Valuable Player.
That honor went to Miles Bridges of the Charlotte Hornets. He was part of the winning side as Team USA defeated Team World, 151-131. Bridges had a stat line of 20 points, five boards, five assists, and three steals for the night providing a solid performance off the bench.
Due to his moment as MVP, NBA 2K20 dropped a new Diamond Moments card for Bridges with a 95 overall rating. That card is now available through the recently released Flash Packs in MyTeam.
Ronnie 2K’s Celebrity Game performance brings ratings update
NBA 2K marketing director and avid 2K gamer Ronnie 2K participated in the Celebrity All-Star Game for his second-straight year. In the game, Team Wilbon defeated Team Stephen A., 62-47. Chicago’s own, hip-hop star Common, took the MVP trophy with a line of 10 points, five boards, and five assists for the winning team.
Ronnie was on the losing side and had several NBA 2K20 All-Star Moments of his own. Fans on social media certainly let him know about them, especially the missed shots including one brick during warmups.

In terms of Ronnie 2K’s NBA 2K20 All-Star Moments, the 2K folks posted a poll to the community. It asked whether Ronnie’s 77 overall rating should go higher or lower. The community spoke overwhelmingly in favor of a downgrade from the number 2K claimed Ronnie has.
“Literally 99% of ppl voted for going down and as usually y’all ignore the community,” one Twitter user said.
“[The] man hit the bottom of the backboard on a layup lmfao,” another Twitter comment said.
“Might as well give Dragon Bender a plus 2 as well because he did nothing too this all star weekend,” a Twitter user commented.
The majority of comments were asking 2K20 why they would adjust Ronnie 2K’s rating from a 77 to a 79. However, there are plenty of gamers upset with various aspects of the NBA 2K20 game. That has played a part in how they’re reacting to Ronnie’s suggested rating.
That said, one has to wonder if Ronnie 2K will be back for next year’s All-Star Celebrity Game. Whether he does or not, fans will probably continue to heckle him after those under-the-basket layup attempts and the 2K game’s status.
