NBA 2K20 Flash Pack 2 Available in MyTeam Featuring Larry Bird, JR Smith Among New Cards
A new type of pack arrived in NBA 2K20’s MyTeam Market on Friday, January 10 with Flash Pack 2. These packs bring a number of new cards including a highly-rated Larry Bird and a JR Smith item that gives him another position option. Here are more details on the new NBA 2K20 Flash Pack 2 now available for purchase.
What players are in NBA 2K20 Flash Pack 2?
A Pink Diamond card for the legend Larry Bird leads the way. Bird’s newest item puts him as a small forward or power forward with a 97 overall rating. Bird was known for his all-around skills including precise shooting. His card doesn’t disappoint as it features 99 mid-range, 97 three-point, and 92 free throw ratings. He also boasts great defense in terms of his 96 perimeter rating and 92 for steals. Larry Legend also gets 97 Stamina, 98 Hustle, and a 98 for his defensive/offensive consistencies.
There are also three new Diamond player items including Danny Granger, Josh Smith, and free agent JR Smith. The Smith item makes him eligible as a point guard in the game.
A total of six players are available on a limited-time basis in the packs.

The new NBA 2K20 Flash Pack 2 prices start at 7,500 Virtual Currency or 10,500 MT for a single pack of five cards. From there, the options are a 10-pack box for 67,500 VC or a 20-pack box for 135,000. All of these packs only bring a “chance of pulling Flash players.” They’re also available for a limited time of just over two days now.
Player cards are also available for bids at the Auctions area of MyTeam. Right now, the Larry Bird PD card is going for 194,000 to over 200,000 based on several auction listings on the PS4.
These new packs follow up the previous Flash pack featuring all-time great Michael Jordan and the No. 1 NBA Draft pick Zion Williamson. In addition, they join the recently-unveiled Jason Kidd Spotlight packs at MyTeam Market as options for scoring some high-rated player items.
