NBA 2K20 MyTeam: Kyrie Irving, Pascal Siakam Receive Season’s First Moments Cards
In what’s sure to be a recurring theme for a number of players, the first NBA 2K20 MyTeam Moments items arrived for the new season. After All-Star caliber performances in the first few nights of the NBA’s 2019-20 season, the Toronto Raptors’ Pascal Siakam and Brooklyn Nets’ Kyrie Irving each have a Moments card. Here’s a look at their new player items and where to get them.
Kyrie Irving, Pascal Siakam bring Moments to NBA 2K20 MyTeam
Even though Kawhi Leonard has moved on to a new squad, the Toronto Raptors remain the defending champions until a new team rises to capture the title. With Kawhi having left the city, it leaves the door open for a new star to emerge and Pascal Siakam seems fully capable of taking on that role.
He showed his star abilities with a key performance on Tuesday night, scoring 34 points and grabbing 18 rebounds. While he fouled out, his stats assisted Toronto in starting the 2019-20 NBA season at 1-0.
It brings an NBA 2K20 MyTeam Moments card for Siakam with a sweet 93 overall rating. Not a bad start to the season for a player capable of becoming an All-Star if he keeps up the good work.
A night later, 11 games arrived on the NBA slate including Kyrie Irving making his Brooklyn Nets debut. While it was a losing effort, it was a superstar effort with the former Celtics and Cavs All-Star dropping 50 points.
In 38 minutes on the hardwood, Irving was 17-for-33 from the floor including seven three-pointers for a 51.5 percent field goal percentage. In addition to the 50-piece, Irving dazzled the fans with eight rebounds, seven assists, and a blocked shot. That resulted in the second NBA 2K20 MyTeam Moments card of the new season as shown below.
Where to get Siakam & Irving Moments cards
These new Diamond Moments cards are available for a limited time of just under four days from now. Find them randomly in the Packs Market in NBA 2K20 MyTeam mode. Gamers need to purchase Moments Packs and Heat Check Packs for a chance at pulling the Irving or Siakam cards.
A Base League Moments pack goes for 2,812 Virtual Currency (VC) or 3,750 MyTeam Tokens (MT). A Standard pack is 3,750 VC or 4,500 MT, while a Deluxe Pack is 5,625 VC or 6,000 MT. The 10-pack box sells for 33,750 VC and a 20-pack box is 101,250 VC. After they become unavailable in packs, the only place to find them will be the Auction area of MyTeam.
For Pascal Siakam, prices are generally around the 47,000 to 48,500 MT mark for his 93 DIamond Moments item. However, Kyrie Irving’s cards are going for three to four times as much right now with prices around 185,000 at most.
