Ever wondered what it would be like to use former Atlanta Hawks dunk contest star Spudd Webb at center? What about Dennis Rodman as a shooting guard, or even LeBron at center? The new NBA 2K20 Out of Position packs are live and feature players who gamers can try out in positions they wouldn’t normally play. Here are all of the latest details for these new MyTeam cards.
NBA 2K20 Out of Position packs feature LeBron James, Spudd Webb, and more
Leading the way for the new NBA 2K20 Out of Position packs is superstar LeBron James from his Cleveland Cavs days. He has a new Galaxy Opal card along with a familiar foe, Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors. Both player cards make them eligible to play at the point guard and/or center positions for MyTeam squads.
LeBron’s card is pretty legendary in terms of him being able to play point guard or center. However, he also has 28 Gold and 45 Hall of Fame Badges. They include Floor General, Difficult Shots, Tireless Shooter, Quick Draw, Deadeye, Clutch Shooter, Unpluckable, and Clamps.
Basically, LeBron has everything imaginable. Draymond Green’s GO card brings gamers 23 Gold and 43 Hall of Badges including Brick Wall, Volume Shooter, Floor General, Green Machine, Tight Handles, Dimer, and Clamps.
Also in the packs are three other cards. There’s a Dennis Rodman Pink Diamond (98) eligible for shooting guard or small forward. The 5-foot-7 Spud Webb (92 OVR) can play point guard or center, while Russell Westbrook (95 OVR) can play power forward or center.
In addition, there’s also a new Galaxy Opal Thon Maker eligible at small forward or point guard for those who collect all of the OOP player items above.
Gamers who grind and have the money to spend now have some serious options for NBA 2K20 MyTeam including Galaxy Opal Kobe and this new LeBron card.
Costs for OOP packs, boxes, and auction listings
The new NBA 2K20 Out of Position Packs go for 7,500 VC or 10,500 MT for a single pack of five items. A 10-pack box is 67,500 VC while a 20-pack box is 135,000 VC. These only bring chances of landing those players mentioned up above.
For those who have the MT to spend, the better option might be trying the auction listings. That LeBron James GO card is going for quite a bit, with PS4 auction listings going from 1.5 to over 1.6 million MT. The Draymond GO is getting as much as 470,000 MT as of this report.
Dennis Rodman’s 98 OVR Pink Diamond is getting close to 200,000 MT, while Spud Webb’s card is seeing 70,700 MT for one listing. Some of the cards are reasonably priced for those who might want to spend the MT. Otherwise, hit the packs or wait for prices to drop.
The NBA 2K20 Out of Position packs are the latest addition to MyTeam joining other releases including Buzzer Beater, Campus Legends, and Leap Year that we’ve seen over the past several months.
