NBA 2K21 All-Star Pantheon Moments Arrive for MVP Giannis, 3-Point Champ Steph Curry, and More
NBA All-Star Weekend officially concluded with all of the big events taking place on Sunday night. That included the annual three-point contest, Skills Challenge, and Dunk Contest, as well as the 2021 All-Star Game itself. In celebration of the players who excelled, there are new Moments available in NBA 2K21 All-Star Pantheon for stars Giannis, Steph Curry, and more.
New NBA 2K21 All-Star Pantheon Moments available
Last week, VGR reported on the new Dark Matter NBA 2K21 Heroes available for the Pantheon packs in MyTeam. These featured G.O.A.T. player Michael Jordan and young sensation Zion Williamson with special cards. While their 99 OVR items lead the release, the 2021 NBA All-Star Game MVP now has a new item.
Giannis Antetokounmpo gets a 97 OVR card, available for a limited-time in NBA 2K21 All-Star Pantheon packs. The new Giannis has For card attributes, the two-time regular season MVP has 90 Athleticism, 88 Inside Scoring, 87 Defending, 86 Rebounding, and 85 Playmaking. Giannis also gets a total of 31 Gold and 25 Hall of Fame Badges.
Also receiving new Pink Diamond cards are MTN Dew 3PT Champion Stephen Curry, Skills Contest winner Damontas Sabonis, and Team LeBron star Damian Lillard. The Dunk Contest winner, Anfernee Simons, gets a new 94 overall Diamond card.
Find the above cards through NBA 2K21 All-Star Pantheon Packs in MyTeam. These currently go for 11,250 VC or 10,500 MT for the single five-card packs with 10-pack and 20-pack boxes also available.
Donovan Mitchell reward available for Season 5
With NBA 2K21 MyTeam’s Season 5: Age of Heroes still going on, there are new agendas available. That includes a series which allows players to earn a Galaxy Opal Donovan Mitchell. The new card is a 97 overall item in honor of the Utah Jazz’s leading scorer, and two-time NBA All-Star.
To get the Mitchell, MyTeam gamers have to complete eight different objectives. They include the objectives listed below the card art shown below.
- Get 5 assists with any Domantas Sabonis in a single game (500 XP).
- Make 8 3-pointers with any Stephen Curry in a single game (500 XP).
- Make 5 dunks with Trail Blazers players in a single game (500 XP).
- Score 35 points with any Giannis in a single game (500 XP).
- Make 8 3-pointers with any Damian Lillard in a single game (500 XP).
- Score 21 points with any James Harden in a single game (500 XP).
- Score 26 points with any Bradley Beal in a single game (500 XP).
- Get 12 assists with any Kyrie Irving in a single game (500 XP).
Completion of those eight objects will not only get 4,000 XP to boost those levels, but also that sweet Donovan Mitchell Galaxy Opal.
Along with the above, don’t forget to participate in the All-Star Spotlight Sim Challenges to earn more rewards such as MT, Tokens, and high-rated player items.
