NBA 2K21 MyTeam Season 7 Gets New Moments Agenda Group, Spotlight Sim Challenges for Invincible Bill Russell
NBA 2K21 MyTeam Season 7 is known as Full Throttle and features loads of content for MyTeam fans to enjoy. As of Wednesday, they received a bunch more, thanks to the addition of a new Moments Agenda Group and over 160 Spotlight Sim Challenges. They’ll bring some intriguing rewards, specifically when it comes to the Spotlight Sim, as gamers can earn an Invincible card featuring Hall of Famer Bill Russell.
NBA 2K21 MyTeam Season 7: New Moments Agenda Group includes Play-In stars Tatum, Walker
Fresh off their big win with the Boston Celtics, Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker are part of the new Moments Agenda Group featured in NBA 2K21 MyTeam Season 7.
The Celtics were able to defeat Bradly Beal and the Washington Wizards during the second of the NBA Play-In Tournament games on Tuesday evening. That was thanks largely to the All-Star Tatum dropping 50 points for the Celts and Kemba adding 29 points. Walker also hit six-of-14 three-pointers in the game. With that, the Celtics grabbed the No. 7 seed and will play Brooklyn in the first round of the playoffs.
As part of the new Moments Agenda Group, gamers will need to replicated those performances with a few more. In addition, to the Celtics’ stats, gamers will need to pull down 21 rebounds with former Portland Trail Blazers big Arvydas Sabonis. Also, gamers need to rack up 144 points with Pacers players. The Pacers defeated the Charlotte Hornets in the first game of the Play-In Tournament on Tuesday, 144-117.
By completing all of the requirements, gamers will unlock 2,000 XP and a Shot Creator Pack for use in the NBA 2K21 MyTeam Season 7 and beyond.
Invincible Bill Russell available in Triple Threat Spotlight Sim Challenges
Big man Bill Russell is easily amongst all-time great big man with his 16 rings. The former Celtics center is now available through the brand new Triple Threat Spotlight Sim Challenges for NBA 2K21 MyTeam Season 7.
The Bill Russell card includes 99 Defending, 99 Rebounding, 99 Playmaking, 99 Inside Scoring, and 98 Athleticism amongst the attributes. There’s also a 98 for Outside Scoring and 61 Hall of Fame Badges. Check out those details here.
Bill Russell is the reward for completing all of these Triple Threat Spotlight Sim Challenges. However, there are other great cards along the way including Dark Matters Damian Lillard, James Worthy, and Jimmy Butler.
The Triple Threat Spotlight Sim Challenges are in MyTeam’s Challenges section from the front page. There are a total of 11 listed in the Bill Russell section.
Each one is set to Hall of Fame Difficulty. The first four challenges feature a reward of 1,000 MT, while the next four give 10 Tokens each. For the ninth challenge, there’s a reward of 20 Tokens, while the 10th brings 20. The 11th challenge gives 25 Tokens.
Just ahead of that section are challenges for each NBA team. Each team’s challenges. These also have rewards, including MT, Tokens, and a 98 OVR player card from that team as a completion reward. Those player cards feature mostly stars of the past from the teams including the Spurs’ Manu Ginobili, Jazz’s Karl Malone, and Blazers’ Greg Oden.
Gamers will need to complete all of those team Spotlight Sim Challenges, and then complete the 11 games in the Bill Russell Invincible Challenge. That will unlock his Invincible Card for use in MyTeam.
