There’s only a handful of games left for the NBA season, as teams are trying to get into the playoffs. Some players have definitely stepped things up lately on the court, and due to that, an NBA Live 19 ratings update is here. Among the players seeing a nice boost are Bojan Bogdanovic and Danilo Gallinari, both of who are going to the postseason.
NBA Live 19 update for Bogdanovic, Gallinari
On Thursday (Apr. 4), the NBA Live 19 dev team announced the newest content update. With it comes player ratings adjustments for a total of 15 different players. The Indiana Pacers’ Bogdanovic and Clippers’ Gallinari are among the gainers in this update. Both have been part of the reasons their respective teams will be a part of the playoffs. As a reward for their efforts, both players went up by two points each to become 82 overall in the NBA Live 19 game.
Among other players getting two-point boosts are the Phoenix Suns’ Devin Booker (90), Milwaukee Bucks’ Khris Middleton (85), and Knicks’ Mitchell Robinson (80). Stephen Curry (95), Jamal Murray (84), Andre Drummond (92), and Damian Lillard (92) each gained one point in this update.
A previous ratings update saw Jimmer Freddette surge along with .Bruno Caboclo. This time, Christian Wood received the biggest boost of any player, surging four points to become a 75 in the game. On top of that, the dev team upgraded his inside offense, post defense, and rebounding. Wood, who joined the Pelicans over the past five games, was named to the NBA G League’s All-NBAGL Third Team. So far he’s doing quite well in New Orleans, averaging 15.6 points along with 7.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.
There were also a couple drops in terms of NBA Live player ratings. Former NBA Sixth Man of the Year Jamal Crawford and Utah Jazz rookie Grayson Allen are each down by two points. Otherwise, there were no other players with drops mentioned in the latest dev notes.
NBA Live 19 update for game content
Along with the ratings updates, today’s NBA Live 19 update brings a few other additions. That includes starting lineup adjustments as teams continue to tweak their rotations or adjust things based on injuries. This latest update has adjusted the Hawks, Hornets, Bulls, Pelicans, Suns, and Wizards. As of right now, not one of these teams is part of the playoff picture, although Charlotte still has a shot if they can win out their games.
There are also some player gear updates included as six players get some changes. Mo Bamba now has Under Armour shoes, while Andrew Wiggins is sporting Nike Kobe AD Exodus. Mitchell Robinson and Joakim Noah are rocking the Nike Hyperdunk shoes, while Brandon Knight gets the Nike Kyrie.
