Operation Apocalypse Z is now available for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, bringing a veritable undead horde of new content for last year’s Call of Duty. That ranges from a new robotic Specialist returning from Black Ops III to three new multiplayer maps and more. Of course, with a major release like this, Treyarch has also stocked the Black Market with plenty of new zombie-themed content.
The New Black Market Content in Operation Apocalypse Z
All told, there is a lot of new content coming to the Black Ops 4 Black Market. First up is the new Survivor Pack, which is available through the Black Market and also with the new Operation Apocalypse Z Edition of the game. The pack contains Danny Trejo as a new Blackout character, the “Savage Hide” Jump Pack, “Bullet” Weapon Charm, and 5 Reserve Crates.
When it comes to tiers, Operation Apocalypse Z features a full 40, all with preset rewards. Completing Tier 1 will earn players the new Specialist, Reaper, a returning character from Black Ops III. Tier 15 unlocks Torque’s “The Farmer” outfit, while Tier 20 unlocks the Koshka Mastercraft. Tier 30 unlocks Zero’s “The Waitress,” outfit, and finally, Tier 40 unlocks the Ultra Weapon Bribe. This is a new Weapon Bribe which will guarantee that you get one ranged Black Market weapon which you don’t already have. Plus, it also gets you two Reserve Cases.
More Epic outfits are available in Blackjack’s Shop, including “The Jock” (Ruin), “The Cheerleader” (Outrider), and “The Prepper” (Spectre). Players can also pick up the Backhander, a new melee weapon which is literally a zombie’s severed arm. Indeed, Treyarch describes the weapon thusly; “Slap people around in style with a disembodied zombified arm sporting ultra-hip brass knuckles”. Also featuring in Blackjack’s Shop are new Special Orders. These hold content like the ICR-7 Mastercraft and also several Blackout characters, including The Liquidator and Russman; a returning character from Black Ops II.
