New Fortnite Leak Has Chapter 1 Players Excited

Fortnite Battle Royale is currently in its fifth year and the third chapter, yet it’s still going strong. Epic Games still releases new updates a few times a month, which is a big reason why the game has millions of concurrent players. Furthermore, there is a new Fortnite leak almost every week, and the latest one has Chapter 1 players excited.

Chapter 1 ran from September 2017 to October 2019 and it had 10 amazing seasons. The game was at its peak in this chapter and became a worldwide sensation. Fortunately, the new Fortnite leak claims that a Chapter 1 feature is coming back, and players are hoping it will happen soon.

Even in the early days of Fortnite, Epic Games has experimented a lot. The early seasons had massive changes, and this is what probably made the game so popular. With so many big updates on a bi-weekly or a more frequent basis, Epic made Fortnite one of the most popular video games in gaming history.

During Season 9, the game developer released so-called Hot Spots to Fortnite Battle Royale. The feature came out with the v9.10 update and has become very popular. In each match, there would be one to three hot spots with improved loot. These spots would be marked with a gold name on the map and they had Loot Carriers flying around. These carriers contained amazing loot and many players started landing in hot spots because of them.

HYPEX, one of the most popular Fortnite leakers, has revealed a “Seven” version of the loot carrier being developed by Epic. Unfortunately, this Fortnite leak does not have many other details, but players are hoping that it comes to the game soon.

Hot spots in Season 2

It would be interesting to see how Epic Games makes hot spots work in the current season. However, they may not be necessary at the moment. It might be a better idea to save them for the next season as they can drastically improve popularity of any spot on the map.

It is important to note that the “Seven” loot carriers could be released without hot spots. After all, there were Stark Industries loot carriers back in Chapter 2 – Season 4 and they had no hot spots.
