While Season 6 recently launched for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone, Call of Duty: Mobile is now into its 10th season, and as part of the new season, the highly successful mobile game is getting a new playable class; the Hacker. This new class offers players a suite of abilities which provide some completely new strategies for gameplay.
Call of Duty: Mobile Classes – The Hacker
“Check your radar, soldier,” writes Activision; “we’ve got interference. The Hunt, the latest season for Call of Duty: Mobile, introduces the newest Battle Royale class – the Hacker. The Hacker blacks out enemy radar and disables enemy gadgets, leaving the opposition helpless as you move in for the kill.”

The Call of Duty: Mobile Hacker class gives players a role that can counter enemy intelligence directly. Their first ability, Ice Pick, will target all nearby enemies and black out their mini-maps. In addition, the ability will also prevent all affected enemies from using their class ability. This ability boasts a large effect radius, but it has a relatively short duration.
The Hacker class’ passive ability, meanwhile, is Hard Wired. This ability simply prevents your own mini-map from being affected by enemy abilities. So, if an enemy Hacker uses Ice Pick near you, you won’t lose access to your mini-map. However, this is only one part of Hard Wired. The passive ability also means that you will never show up on enemy mini-maps. As such, Hacker can be perfect for ambushes and flanking attacks, while your teammates distract the enemy.
To unlock the new Hacker class for use in battle royale, you’ll need to complete several relatively simple tasks in-game. You can find details for these in the Featured section of Call of Duty: Mobile’s Event tab. Once they’re complete, you’ll be able to play as a Hacker in battle royale.
