Halo Infinite is still a cryptic upcoming title for Microsoft. There’s so much mystery cloaking the next addition to the Halo video game, which has no release date, no information about its gameplay and not even a solid trailer. However, a new piece of concept art has been revealed on Twitter, depicting a more familiar scene to Halo than what we’ve already seen.
inite concept art in discussion has been revealed by content creator Greenscull on Twitter, from a piece of 343 Industries community studio visit during PAX West. The image features the same “full of life” scenery we’ve seen at previous ones for Halo Infinite, but it also includes a few vehicles and structures such as the Warthog.
Twitter users have been quick to notice that the Warthog is exactly the same as the ones used in Halo 5, which is only natural since Halo Infinite is a direct sequel to its predecessor. Some of the details of the concept art image look a bit different that what we were used to in the Halo franchise, meaning that there will indeed be changes to the way layouts work in the upcoming game.
It will be interesting to see how 343 Industries will manage to “marry” the virgin world we’ve seen in the original Halo Infinite trailer with the heavy sci-fi theme of Halo. If it’s anything like its concept art pictures though, it will be a sight for sore eyes.
As for more information on what we see in the picture, there will be Halo fans from all over the world sweeping every corner of the concept art to find out all of its details. There are not any hidden messages or teases with this one, as Halo Infinite is still a long way from releasing and 343 Industries, along with Skybox labs, are doing their best at refining the Slipspace engine and be ready to reveal Halo Infinite to the world.
