EA rolled out a bit of new content for Madden 20 Ultimate Team gamers on Monday including two brand new Flashbacks and a limited MUT Heroes. Gamers can now acquire a special LTD MUT Hero for one of the game’s 99 Club members, Aaron Donald. In addition, the Madden Flashbacks program added Kenny Stills and Trey Flowers. Here’s a look at the newest in-game content for Ultimate Team.
New Flashbacks Kenny Stills, Trey Flowers
The Madden 20 Flashbacks program adds two more players for offense and defensive purposes. Flashbacks are given out to guys for previous performances for specific teams and weeks during their careers. For current Detroit Lions tight end Trey Flowers, it’s his 2017 Week 12 performance for the Patriots against the Miami Dolphins.
For current Texans wide receiver Kenny Stills, it’s a Week 8 performance for the New Orleans Saints back in 2013. It was a 35-17 victory for New Orleans with Stills going for 129 receiving yards and two touchdowns on just three receptions. A 69-yard touchdown catch was amongst his highlights in the win.
Kenny Stills now gets an 89 OVR Flashbacks card for Madden 20 Ultimate Team, as does Trey Flowers. Both come with Power Up and Chemistry. The new player items are available in the Ultimate Team Store through Flashback Packs or through the Auction Browser for buying and bidding.
Other Flashbacks players that EA released have included Allen Robinson, Terrell Suggs, and retired Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.
Madden 20 Ultimate Team Heroes LTD Aaron Donald
Last week, the popular MUT Heroes program arrived in Madden 20 Ultimate Team. It featured the first wave of Heroes and Sidekicks released for the promotion. On Monday, they added a new limited (LTD) MUT Heroes item for Los Angeles Rams defensive star Aaron Donald. It’s a 92 OVR card featuring Power Up and LA Rams Chemistry. Amongst the key attributes on Donald’s new item are his 93 Strength, 92 Power Moves, and 91 Play Recognition.
This one is available through the MUT Heroes Packs in the Ultimate Team Store, of for a staggering price, at the Auction Browser. A player item of this caliber is “nice to stare at” as one of the commenters puts it, but nearly impossible to get without spending quite a bit. That means spending Training for the packs to try to randomly get it, or Coins at the Auction Browser.
That’s why participating in the MUT Heroes Missions is probably a smart move right now. By earning 140 Stars in that aspect of the program, gamers will earn a NAT Fantasy Pack and can add another Hero to their Squad. Additionally, the upcoming House Rules promotion will give gamers another MUT Hero as a reward for the grind. So if you don’t want to spend, there are options to add helpful player items.
