New Madden 20 Heavyweights Revealed: Ezekiel Ansah, Brandon Scherff Get Upgraded MUT Items
As Week 8 of the NFL season arrives, so does more roster-boosting Madden 20 Ultimate Team content. The first matchup of the new NFL week will feature the Washington Redskins, so it’s only appropriate one of their unsung heroes is now a new Madden 20 Heavyweights player. Right guard Brandon Scherff is featured along with right end Ezekiel Ansah of the Seattle Seahawks with new upgrade items in Ultimate Team. Here’s our look at the brand new player cards and how to get them for your roster.
Ezekiel Ansah, Brandon Scherff Madden 20 Heavyweights cards
Seattle Seahawks right end Ezekiel Ansah gets a new 90 overall card as part of the Madden 20 Heavyweights. The 6-foot-5 player can provide some great size for the front lines on Madden Ultimate Team rosters. Ansah brings 89 Power Moves, 89 Tackle, 85 Play Recognition, and 85 Acceleration. There’s no Power Up potential here, but that shouldn’t matter for those with other Chemistry options such as a Seattle Seahawks lineup or others.
Right guard Brandon Scherff of the Washington Redskins gets the upgraded item featuring Power Up for this week’s Madden 20 Heavyweights. His card is also 90 overall but boasts a 91 Run Block Finesse, 89 Run Block and impressive 89 Strength. Thanks to various Chemistry updates, those numbers could become even better on an Ultimate Team roster. Here’s the new card for the 6-foot-5 Redskins guard ahead of Thursday night’s battle with Minnesota.
The Madden 20 Heavyweights are available through Packs in the Ultimate Team Store for 2,470 Training. See our guide for how to get Training in Madden if you need more of it to spend. Additionally, Ansah and Scherff’s items will be up for bidding and buying at the Auction Browser, but usually for a high price due to the high ratings. So you’ll need enough Madden Coins to make a bid or buy.
