Bandai Namco has released a new Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker trailer that showcases the new cooperative story mode that is featured in the upcoming anime fighter. The co-op story mode will let players join together as a ninja squad and take on various missions together. In the trailer, it seems that you will be able to use your own personal customized ninja in this mode.
The Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker co-op story mode will have multiple different types of missions that you will be able to undertake. Bandai Namco goes over four of the different types in the trailer so it is uncertain if there will be more than just these four mission types.
The first of these as seen above in the new Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker trailer is the Searching mission. Searching has you and your ninja squad utilize your ninja movements to the best of your ability in order to avoid traps and obstacles while you search for a lost item. The second mission type shown off is Body Guard.
Body Guard, as the name implies, has you and your team be the bodyguards for a designated ally and escort them safely to a certain location on the map. The third mission type is Extermination. This one has your cooperative team take down multiple enemies that appear on the map together.
The fourth and final mission mode that you will encounter in the Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker co-op story mode is Subjugation. This one requires you to coordinate your team to defeat various ninja foes and powerful monsters. You can view the entire trailer above.
We won’t have much longer to wait for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker to release, as it comes out in exactly one week on August 31, 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
