Just recently, NBA 2K unveiled a preview trailer and blog post showing off the new MyTeam mode. With that, gamers learned of many of the upgrades and new features that will be part of the popular mode. They’ll include the new Evolution Cards, redesigned rewards systems, Triple Threat, and much more. While the trailer video was great, we’re now seeing some more in-depth looks at how NBA 2K20 MyTeam looks in the game itself thanks to YouTubers.

The NBA 2K20 MyTeam trailer video released a day or so ago was a rollout to show off the visuals and touch upon upgrades or new features. However, YouTuber CashNasty put out a video in which he’s actually in the game looking at MyTeam. With the video, we get to see the introduction screens, and then CashNasty is able to choose his first NBA 2K20 MyTeam Starter Pack.
His choices for that 22-card Starter Pack are Derrick Rose, Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, Dirk Nowitzki, and Hakeem Olajuwon. CashNasty opts for the D-Rose pack as seen in the video below.
It gives gamers a good early preview of what they’ll be getting into once they get their own copy of NBA 2K20. CashNasty scrolls through different menus including a look at the packs available for purchase, the Community Hub, and even the Evolution Card attribute screens. Also featured in the video are the Rewards screens featuring the different color-coded rewards such as Emerald, Saphire, and Amethyst, with new designs as compared to 2K19.
Another cool reveal from the video is the NBA 2K20 MyTeam Weekly Challenges. For Week 1, gamers will get to participate in challenges that feature No. 1 pick Zion Williamson, the new Lakers star Anthony Davis, and the new stars in Brooklyn, among others. Each of these challenges brings different types of rewards for completion.
There’s also a cool Spotlight Challenge featuring Legends cover man Dwyane Wade. Gamers will have to play through different games where Wade accomplished certain feats. Basically, if you weren’t already anticipating the new 2K20 game, CashNasty’s video makes you want it even more.
The NBA 2K20 game officially arrives on September 6, 2019, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows PCs. See our NBA 2K20 pre-order details for information about the editions of the upcoming basketball game.
